The rules that cover every order, account and download.


Warranty and replacement policy

1.1 General conditions


  • No refunds are issued under any circumstances. Only replacements are offered when applicable.
  • General warranty: 15 days from delivery of the product, unless otherwise specified.
  • Nitro Tokens: strict 1-hour warranty from delivery.

1.2 Conditions for requesting a replacement

  • To request a replacement, the user must provide complete and verifiable proof of the issue:
  • FA (Full Access) accounts: a continuous video is mandatory, starting before the purchase and including payment, delivery and first use of the product, without cuts or edits.
  • This same protocol applies to any service that can be modified by the client (tokens, activation codes, direct-use memberships, etc.).
  • Any change to credentials, data, email or sensitive information of the product automatically voids the warranty.
  • Products affected by revocation waves (e.g. Spotify, Nitro, etc.) are not covered, as they are beyond our control.
  • If the server is terminated or suspended (T3rm3d), all warranties are automatically void and no replacements will be processed for open tickets.

1.3 Vouch

A vouch is no longer mandatory. However, it is appreciated as a gesture of support for the server and helps us improve our services.

Hexify Market connects buyers with digital goods. Upon delivery, you assume full responsibility for the security of the account/product. We are not liable for:

  • Account suspensions or bans occurring after successful delivery and verification.
  • Loss of access caused by user negligence (e.g., sharing credentials).
  • Individuals reporting technical issues without leaving a positive review (vouch) on the associated Discord server immediately forfeit their right to the warranty.



Payment methods

Hexify Store accepts the following payment methods:

  • Cryptocurrencies: LTC
  • Credit and debit cards
  • Apple Pay, Google Pay and other methods supported via Shopify Payments

2.1 Customer responsibility

  • For cryptocurrency payments, the user must carefully verify the network, address and amount before sending.
  • Hexify Store is not responsible for incorrect transfers, incomplete payments or wrong networks.


Server conduct and rules

To ensure a safe and functional environment:

  • Any offensive behavior, insults, disrespect, spam or inappropriate content may lead to immediate removal from the server without prior notice.
  • Unauthorized advertising or promotion is strictly prohibited.
  • Accusations without valid proof may result in loss of product and/or permanent ban.
  • Abusive use of mentions or unnecessary pings will not be tolerated.


Limitations and exclusions of liability

  • If an external supplier is proven to have scammed or failed to deliver, Hexify Market is not obliged to provide a replacement.
  • No refunds will be issued for issues related to holds, limitations or internal reviews from external payment platforms.


Support & tickets

In case of an issue, the user must:

  1. Open a ticket in the appropriate support channel.
  2. Attach all requested evidence, including full video when required.

Failure to provide sufficient proof may result in the ticket being closed without resolution.


Acceptance & modifications

Using our services, participating in the server or purchasing products implies full acceptance of these Terms of Service.

These terms may be updated at any time and without prior notice. The user is responsible for periodically reviewing this section to stay informed of any changes.
