XENIRU offers this website, including all information, tools and services available from it, conditioned upon the user's acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices set out herein. By visiting the site and/or purchasing products or services, the user agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions ("Terms of Service", "Terms"). These Terms apply to all users of the site. XENIRU reserves the right to update, modify or replace any part of these Terms by posting them on the website. Continued use of the site after changes are published constitutes acceptance of them.

You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, nor may you violate any applicable laws, including intellectual property laws. You must not transmit any viruses or destructive code. A breach of any term may result in the support team refusing to provide replacements.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, for any reason, at any time. User content (except credit card information) may be transferred unencrypted over various networks and adapted to technical requirements. Card information is transmitted encrypted through the corresponding payment providers. You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell or exploit any part of the service without express written permission. The headings included in this document are for organizational purposes only and do not affect its interpretation. XENIRU does not store any personal information about users.

We do not guarantee that the information available on the site is accurate, complete or up to date at all times. The content is provided for general informational purposes. The site may contain historical or outdated information. XENIRU reserves the right to modify the content of the site at any time without any obligation to update it.

Prices of products or services may change without prior notice. XENIRU reserves the right to modify, suspend or discontinue the service or any part of it at any time.

Certain products or services may be available exclusively online and may have limited availability. We strive to display the products offered as accurately as possible, but we do not guarantee that the display on the user's device will be accurate. XENIRU reserves the right to limit sales, modify descriptions or update prices when necessary. We do not guarantee that the products or services purchased will meet the user's subjective expectations, nor that any error in the service will be corrected immediately.

The products or services offered by XENIRU have exclusively the warranty period indicated in each product's individual description at the time of purchase. Any incident, claim or request related to the warranty must be communicated to the support team within the established warranty period. If the claim is not made within that period, XENIRU reserves the right to refuse to provide assistance, replacements or any kind of support related to the product or service purchased. The warranty is limited to the conditions expressly indicated in the product description and does not cover incidents arising from misuse, external modifications, incompatibilities unrelated to the service or causes beyond XENIRU's control. If the user opens a support ticket and, following the corresponding verification, it is found that 10% or more of the claimed accounts are valid and operational, the user will lose the right to replacement of all the accounts in the order. All products offered on XENIRU take the form of intangible digital content only (e.g., access data, activation keys, accounts, promo codes). Depending on the product, we offer two access types: NFA — access to a shared resource. The Buyer has no right to change the login data assigned to the product (e.g., email address, password). The inability to modify this data is an inherent feature of the product, not a defect. Full Access (FA) — a product allowing full personalization of login data and exclusive access for the Buyer. FA products: the Store's liability for the product's functionality expires 24 hours after the data is delivered, or at the moment the Buyer first changes the login data — whichever occurs first. The Buyer may additionally purchase a one-time Replacement Warranty (cost: 50% of the product price), entitling them to a single replacement of the product with a new one, with no time limit, until it is used. Due to the sensitive and one-time nature of the data provided, the primary and decisive evidence of a product defect at the time of delivery is a video recording ("Video Proof") supplied by the Buyer. The recording must meet all of the following conditions: Be uninterrupted, with no cuts, pauses, or editing; Cover the device's entire screen for the whole duration of the recording; Capture the entire process, from copying the data from the Store's panel through to the first login attempt on the target account or associated email; Be submitted together with the order ID in the claim. Failure to meet the above requirement is, on its own, sufficient grounds for the immediate rejection of a claim due to the inability to verify the reported defect. Unless the description of a specific product expressly states otherwise, the use of a VPN may be necessary to access and operate any product offered on this website. This requirement forms part of the ordinary conditions of use and does not constitute a defect. Accordingly, where an account is operational, the need to connect through a VPN — or the user's decision, unwillingness or inability to use one does not constitute grounds for replacement.

The site may contain links to third-party websites not affiliated with XENIRU. We are not responsible for the content, policies or practices of such external sites.

The processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with the applicable regulations in force. Detailed information can be found in the privacy policy published on the website.

There may be information that contains typographical errors or inaccuracies. XENIRU reserves the right to correct any error or update information without prior notice.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee that the use of the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free.

The owner of XENIRU acts exclusively as a provider of digital services within a virtual environment. The user accepts that use of the products or services purchased is undertaken at their own responsibility. ResellMe will not be responsible for the use the user makes of the services purchased, nor for consequences arising from use contrary to the legislation in force, to these conditions or to the instructions indicated in the product description. The user is responsible for ensuring that use of the service complies with the applicable regulations in their jurisdiction.

If any provision of these Terms is deemed unlawful or unenforceable, that provision will be severed without affecting the validity of the rest of the document.

These Terms will remain in force until the user stops using the service or until XENIRU limits or ends access for a breach of them.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the user and XENIRU regarding the use of the service, superseding any prior agreement.

XENIRU may modify these Terms at any time by posting them on the website. Continued use of the service will constitute acceptance of such changes.
